This tool has been produced by UKPIA, and provides a methodology that may be used for the performance of gap analysis against the final report of the Process Safety Leadership Group.

This data capture tool has been developed by UKPIA and provides a format by which members can confidentially report Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 Process Safety Perfomance Indicators to the UKPIA Secretariat.
