Wood Mackenzie report on UK downstream oil infrastructure 

The report commissioned by the Dept for Energy & Climate Change (DECC) on the UK oil refining industry and associated supply infrastructure, as part of the wider DECC/industry study on downstream oil infrastructure, is published today.

It highlights some of the key areas requiring investment in order to meet future UK energy needs.
