You may have noticed the tool bars on your internet browser are no longer visible (apart from the standard buttons). This is to prevent you from accidentally using the back, forward or refresh buttons which can cause unpredictable results for internet-based administration systems.
When you click a button, it sends information to the web server and if there are a lot of instructions to interpret it may take a few seconds. During these moments, clicking 'refresh' will send the request again and could cause undesired results. Similarly, clicking forward or back could result in the server attempting to post back the information to the wrong page.
